During the pandemic, the recruitment process is run remotely.

The first meeting – the first call

The first stage of our recruitment process is a short phone call our HR team makes to the chosen candidates.

We call you in order to talk about your motivation and availability, as well as your expectations towards the company, position, and financial conditions. We might ask you about your experience and knowledge on certain technical topic.

The whole conversation usually lasts for about 20 minutes and may end in inviting you to a phone call with a manager or a technical specialist.

Let’s meet… on-line

We will invite you to an on-line meeting, because we want to meet you!

This meeting will include a recruiter, a manager, or a technical specialist. We will ask about your job experience and technological insight, tell you about the company and the position, and answer any questions you might have. Be prepared for possible technical questions or tasks. If necessary, we might ask you some questions in English. Don’t worry, we just want to check where your strengths lie, both knowledge and skill wise.

Unfortunately, due to the specifics of the projects being run, there is no possibility of permanent remote work.
All those who want to work with us and move from another city, we are willing to offer financial support in the form of a relocation allowance.

The following are a couple of tips on how to prepare for such a meeting:

  • Before the call you will get an e-mail with the invitation and a link to a Skype or MS Teams meeting. Please make sure everything works prior to the meeting, to save yourself additional stress later.
  • Prepare a comfortable place for the talk. We understand it could be tough and we are prepared to meet your kids or pets, no worries. But it will be easier and faster if we get the chance to meet without additional distractions.
  • Our company prefers a casual dress code, yet we would appreciate if you put on something more official than your PJs 😉
  • Prepare your questions before! We will try to answer them all, so do not hesitate to ask them. If there is anything you would like to know before the meeting, simply call us or write an e-mail. Similarly, during the call don’t worry about asking questions or telling us to repeat something – we know it is not the same as face-to-face.

We’ll give you feedback

We always get back to candidates with some feedback which usually happens between two and four weeks after the interview. We will also inform you about any changes to the schedule.

If you happen to be the right person for the job, we will contact you to present our offer, which will also be sent to you via e-mail, for closer inspection.

Welcome on board!

Congratulations! You have just joined our crew! Before you begin with your work, we will carry out all the formalities and sign the contract. If necessary, we will do it remotely. You will begin with the right training which will let you know us, our practices, and standards. Currently, onboarding is carried out remotely which means you will have to wait for your welcome gift. Apart from that, it’s business as usual. Relax, together we’ll make it work.
