The principles of equal treatment in the workplace are embedded in our policies, procedures, and most of all – our values.
Therefore our President, Leszek Pankiewicz, with conviction signed the ABSL Declaration of Diversity and Inclusion. According to this document, we undertake to observe the principles of equal treatment in the workplace, based on gender, age, disability, race, religion, nationality, ethnic origin, political beliefs, belonging to LGBTQ +, forms of employment or other forms that may be the cause of exclusion.
