As a New Business Development Manager in Solwit, you will have a great opportunity    to develop your career path in a company where core values are quality, customer and result orientation, openness, and teamwork and you will accomplish this through the creative use of digital technologies in solving problems of modern society and businesses. 


You will take care of new clients in the given territory in this role. You will be responsible for the end-to-end process, starting from the first touchpoint, leading the process through qualification, needs analysis, project estimations, negotiations, and signing the deal.


  • Minimum 2-years experience in solution selling and leading an entire sales cycle                               (software services will be a plus)

  • Proven track record of opening a new business with international clients

  • Experience in selling to small, medium, and enterprise-level companies (also through RFP processes)

  • Solutions mind and focus

  • C1+ in English and Polish, other languages as French or German will be a plus.


  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets

  • Creating and then managing a new business pipeline on the small and medium to enterprise levels

  • Adjusting the approach and sales process according to your client’s needs to maximize the chances of closing the deal

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and securing references;

  • Developing upsell opportunities;

  • Working with experienced and highly qualified experts from different fields who’ll support you with your tasks and responsibilities

  • Reporting all leads, opportunities, and activities in a timely fashion in our CRM system

  • Contributing to the growth of team development, advising on the process improvements, running internal projects, and training
