Business Development Manager (Software Test Automation)

REQUIREMENTS

Our Sales team is looking for Sales Professionalfrom a software development or IT services sales background, who will be responsible for driving sales of Solwit testing and test automation services. If you are a highly-driven sales performer who wants to join a fast growing software engineering company, then we want to hear from you. You will work with an experienced team of ISTQB-certified professionals of the Test&Embedded Business Unit and report to the Director of Sales & Marketing. We seek self-motivated people with independent approach – managing their priorities, planning their territories. 

  • 3+ years’ experience in selling technology services and consulting into the IT organizations 
  • Excellent understanding of IT services business with existing client relationships 
  • High level understanding of end to end QA/Testing 
  • Knowledge of latest trends in the software testing process and automation tools 
  • Experience of selling Application Development and Maintenance in the past would be an added advantage 
  • Passionate problem solver and technology aficionado 
  • An effective communicator capable to tactfully interview technical and business stakeholders and understand their current and future business needs 
  • Understanding sales cycle and following a proven sales methodology 
  • Strong portfolio of D-level contacts  
  • Strong team player operating independently within a matrix organisation 
  • Travelling 50%+  
  • Eligible to work in the EU 
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Achieving assigned quota by selling QA/testing services deals at CIO/QA Director level 
  • Sell Testing and Test Automation Services involving service delivery from Gdansk office as well as onsite 
  • Building rapport with all key stakeholders within a client’s organization  
  • Identifying all client needs and goals that can be served with Solwit products and professional services  
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction at each stakeholder level to secure service renewals and identify upsell opportunities 
  • Working on cadence to fill the pipeline with high quality business opportunities and progress through sales pipeline with high forecast accuracy 
  • Reporting all leads, opportunities and activities in a timely fashion in our CRM system
