Our second event dedicated to diversity, this time enhanced with a touch of agility, has successfully concluded. These themes intertwine and complement each other, forming a valuable whole worth nurturing in our everyday lives. Our speakers, hailing from various fields (including beautiful France!) and corners of the world, ensured a rich and meaningful exchange of ideas.

What was on the agenda, and which remarkable guests did we enjoy hearing?

  • 17:20 – Official opening – Magda Brauer, Solwit (part of ALTEN Group)
  • 17:30 – Special guest, Aga Rogala (agarogala.pl), How to Be Agile Without Losing Your Mind? (online presentation)
  • 17:45 – Marta Borkowska, The Neurobiology of People Management
  • 18:10 – Jolanta Szydłowska, Gdańsk Foundation for Managerial Education, Courage Is Not Alone.
  • 18:35 – Alicja Ciuńczyk, No Fluff Jobs, What Does Agility Have in Common with Formula 1 Racing?
  • 19:00 – Artur Zawadzki, Solwit, Who Is More Agile: The Client or the IT Solutions Provider? Diversity Is Already Here!

Before we share the highlights of our meeting, let’s extend our gratitude to our partners and speakers, without whom these insightful discussions would not have been possible. The organization of ITspiration was supported by:

  • Gdańsk Foundation for Managerial Education
  • Starter Incubator
  • No Fluff Jobs
  • Infoshare

The event was held under the honorary patronage of the President of the City of Gdańsk, Aleksandra Dulkiewicz.

Now, let’s relive the experience!
