Solwit was founded in 2011, but its founders built their managing experience by leading global and Polish IT companies for almost 25 years. For this reason, we like to say that we are an 9-year-old company with 25 years of experience – we combine the characteristics of young company (such as flexibility, freshness, and creativity) with a maturity and business culture, characterized by large, well-organized, and successful global companies.

A graduate of the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Computer Science at the Gdansk University of Technology. For several years he has been participating in the development of investment projects in the field of R&D of Information Technology, carried out in Poland by the leading, global technology companies.
Piotr Pągowski graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology. He has been in IT industry since 1993. He built his professional experience as a high level manager in leading, global technology companies.
A graduate of the University of Gdansk, Faculty of Law and Administration. Legal counsel since 1988.
A member of supervisory boards in many companies; Vicepresident of the International Court of Arbitration in Gdynia, associated with KIGM (Krajowa Izba Gospodarki Morskiej – Polish Chamber of Maritime Commerce), member of the KIGM bard.
As legal counsel, he participates in numerous investment projects, company transformations, major commercial lawsuits in Poland and abroad. Basing on significant experience, gained, when working in polish and international law firms, he continues specialization process in the EU and international law domains: Commercial Law, Civil Law, IT, International Contracts, International Maritime Traffic as well as operating of Polish and foreign entities.

Prof. Dr Mark Harris is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in the high-tech industry and in entrepreneurship.
Prof. Harris received a Doctor honoris causa from the St. Kliment Ohridski University of Sofia and also received the Blue Ribbon of Sofia – the highest recognition for academic achievement of the University of Sofia award. In 2010 Prof. Harris received a Doctor honoris causa from the University Politehnica of Bucharest.
Dr Jacek Jettmar is a Chief Consultant and President of Management Board in Centrum Promocji Ltd
In the previous years, while holding a position of Director of Marketing and Director of Development in the Pomeranian Special Economic Zone Ltd. Sopot (PSEZ), Dr Jettmar introduced a number of large and eminent foreign investors into PSEZ and completed a number of development plans for investment territories of the PSEZ. Some completed projects include: design of the Pomeranian Special Economic Zone, numerous audits and restructuring programs for Polish R&D institutes, restructuring and privatization reports for state owned enterprises and for industrial sectors, such as Sectoral Study of Polish Electronic Industry, etc. Under his direct guidance many of consultants have worked out more than 200 consultancy reports for industrial firms: restructuring analyses, development strategies, privatization programs, R&D strategies, etc.
Dr Jettmar holds a Master Degree in Shipbuilding/Naval Architecture from Gdansk University of Technology and PhD degree in Technology. He has also completed a number of enhancing training courses and studies in management, restructuring techniques, transfer of technology and industrial strategies. He was during two terms (2003-2009) the president of the Alumni Association of Gdansk University of Technology. Currently he is a chief consultant of technology transfer conferences organized on GUT each year.

The company sales, implementation and develops SOFIA – the system for field force management. President of the Board: Piotr Pągowski.
