For the third year in a row, we started the satisfaction survey among our employees, which showed that the value of the satisfaction index for the company is 71, which means that employees are satisfied with their workplaces. The results of the study brought us reasons to smile once again, but also indicated which aspects we should pay special attention to – we do not rest on laurels. We have change, innovation and responsibility in our DNA!
