We are delighted to share the good news – Solwit has been awarded the title of “Outstanding Place to Work in IT” in the AudIT 2023 survey organized by Computerworld.
This is a highly honorable distinction for us, as it is based on a survey of our employees in 2023, which was a very demanding and, at times, challenging time. It is also evident in the satisfaction index, which is examined in the surveys – in all companies, it is lower than in previous years. The survey’s conclusions hold no illusions: ‘Gone are the days when things sailed smoothly in the market”.
This award is something to be proud of and, first and foremost, a motivation to act in areas we should focus on further to enhance the quality of our employees’ working lives.
